Tammy did my nails today, 8 June 2024.
I love them! My toes and my fill both look amazing. I will say, I trim my cuticles and get off any dead skin before I come in, so my nails look really nice when they’re done.
Update: Tonight David did my nails. And again, perfection. I love this place.
Michelle did such a wonderful job on my nails. I rushed over after I got off work and she still stayed 30 minutes after closing to ensure my nails were done to my satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with her or the rest of the team at Q Nail Bar. I’m looking forward to coming back here. Thank you!

This place is way too expensive for the horrible quality they provide! They always leave my nails uneven, lumpy or with bubbles on nail polish. Nails also break so easily or just fall off! They just don’t provide a good quality job for the price. And if you complain they look at you like they didn’t do anything wrong. Ugh I’m so done coming here!

I love their check in service. Clean salon. Very quiet and attentive. Will go back again as my nails and pedi are perfect! The attention to detail is amazing!!

I was a regular customer until today. David does an excellent job with my manicures. However, Amy did my pedicure today and charged me $20 extra to soak off my color and replace on my toes. It is the same service I get every time. I get an exfoliating pedicure which usually includes the color removal and new color. I’ve never paid $60 for my pedicure. Then they told me pricing is determined by owners who are conveniently out of town. When I questioned them, they then said the technician tells them prices. I think Amy was confused that polish removal is included with pedicure not extra. Amy lost them a customer today, and they DID NOT seem to care. They needed that $20 more than my business.

We have been here for twenty minutes and at no point did they say they were busy or short staffed.. which would have been fine were weren’t in any rush. It was our grand father’s birthday and instead of making sure we got our pedis done together . Mind you there are 4 of us for mani pedis and instead explaining there was wait wanted to try and split us up and do them one at a time ..the owner was rude and said that she was small but could fight like I was supposed to be intimidated by here mind u I just would t let her rush my elderly grandparents around 82 and 75.. Like this establishedment is trash and that’s just from the owners . She was sitting as a teenager behind the desk when we first arrived. I mean from first impression to the last, all I got was immature , untitled disrespectful, supercilious owner learned her customer service skills way back when. DoNOT GO
