So far I have had 4 different people do my nails there are the salon. And one different woman do my toes once.
Each time I’ve gone it has been a treat. They are all fast and efficient. And most speak good English but two specific ones, one younger woman not sure what her name is and one man who also seems youngish (I’ll ask next time I go) speak perfect english. I never would complain about someone being bi lingual, in fact…I welcome it because psh! I certainly dont possess the talent and skill to do that so I cant even begin to understand the difficulty that must entail HOWEVER I’m not going to lie, it certainly makes it alot easier to get your point across about how you want your nails AND it’s just nice on the days you’re lonely and you actually want to have a conversation haha. Anyways I want to make a specific thank you to David who is one of the most artistic nail techs I have had the pleasure of being his canvas. He is precise, quick, efficient, and smooth when painting as well as dipping. I have never had him shape or rebase my acrylic yet but I’m sure he is nothing short of perfection there either. Sally was the woman who shaped filed and rebased my nails today before David painted my shellac and sally was able to construct the perfect size length and shape in one go, without me having to ask for any correction or change not even once. So if you are in a hurry, or you have a intriquit design request that you feel is challenging to achieve the right look…go to this salon. It is also clean! it is a small percentage more expensive than my lakewood nail place for designs added to the nail but you CLEARLY get what you pay for here because what other nail places lack they at Ql nails make up for in quality and time. I was helped by a worker named Tammy today (11/22/2023) and had one of the best experiences ever working with her. She was dedicated to giving me, the client, what I requested for to the best of her ability while demonstrating amazing customer service in other aspects. She was super friendly and inviting, and I love my nails at the end of it all.

Started off with a rebase with Michael which was great, my friend was also getting rebase from a lady who during the filing cut her and was super rough about it and continued grabbing her finger rough not even apologizing to her. Continued put powder which look like a 5 year was trying to do nails . My friend said she wanting liking them and I agreed they looked so horrible like it was bad. She told lady I don’t like them . She landed up passing her to Michael but at this point she wanted them off her finger was hurting. So we go sitting down to get pedicure I landed up get the same lady because no one else is available. A 15 maybe 20 min pedicure it was horrible so rushed and she burned me with the wax. No apology rushed so I can pay. I went to pay and was complaining to the guy no apology nothing … this is so sad 2 weeks ago Tammy was AMAZING best experience ever … sad to know she is no longer working there… we will not be going back looking for another salon…. 2 hours after pedicure my feet are hurting from being burned….

So far so good. Went in and out within a little over an hour was absolutely pleased. My acrylic gel nails took only 40 minutes which is very fast and they’re exactly what i wanted. The pedicure was fast and relaxing as well. 5/5 Stars!

Jenny was super nice and helpful. I’m so happy to find this place. we nail salons in every corner but is hard to come across a good one.
