I recently moved the area and was looking for a nail salon. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for a mani & pedi for 2 PM which is when they told me they would have availability. No one started even working on my nails until 3 PM (when they wrapped my nails to remove the previous gel polish). After 3 hours, I left with only polished toes and they wrapped my fingernails (I ended up removing the polish myself after two hours of sitting in chair and asked them not to complete any of the pedicure services ie massage, exfoliant, because I was done waiting). The woman sitting next to me said that every single time she comes in, it takes her 3 to 4 hours to get out of there (not sure why she’d ever come back😂). They charged me for a full pedicure ($60) when all they did was remove the old gel, paint my toenails and wrap my fingernails. They had my nails wrapped for over an hour so they feel incredibly brittle now. They weren’t busy, they were just THAT slow. I didn’t expect to sit in a salon for my entire afternoon for a simple mani/pedi. I wont be returning and unless you have an entire day, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Had a great pedicure today. They were taking their time doing an amazing job. I was tight on time (totally didn’t realize) so I asked them if we could finish in 10 minutes. They sped up and got me taken care of beautifully! LOVE my color and the pedicure was next level. So happy to have a place in Hampstead to get my nails done 😊

I’ve never been so disappointed. I had a brief period of time today between work and picking my son up from school I drove past Q nails and stopped in to see if they could do a quick pedicure. Making sure to stress my very limited time frame. They said just a minute. After waiting 15 minutes I got sat in a chair and then ignored for another 15. Taking the only time I have as a single mom who works is tough to find time for myself, and literally wasting it instead of simply saying they don’t have the ability to and letting me go somewhere else is extremely cruel and unprofessional.

I made an appointment to get 4 pedicures done (my mom, 2 daughters and myself) earlier in the week for a Sunday afternoon. We came 10 minutes before our appointment time to pick out colors and such. We could tell they were busy and we waited. Eventually after about 15 mins 3 chairs became available. Both my daughters and mom took the chairs. They began to work on my mom and my one daughter. After about 10 more minutes, I was given a chair and they began to work on me right away. However my daughter who was called back initially never was started. After about 45 mins they started water for her, however they left her. During this time they started on other customer’s pedicures. I had to speak up after she was soaking her feet since she was sitting in the chair for now over an hour and not even touched. Eventually a guy came over and gave her a quick scrub and basically threw polish on her toes. (Looks like I did them) The only thing the lady in charge said to us is how busy they are and slow on Saturday. However they should have went in order of the customers since appointments don’t really matter anyways. 3/4 of us had a good experience, but the way they treated my daughter was uncalled for. It took a fun and relaxing outing and made it so stressful.

Very rude owners. I have been customer since Sep 23. Recently I booked an appointment to do pedi and dipping before Easter suddenly 4 days before Easter they cancel my pedi and when i call to confirm my appointment for my dipping next day. They tells me we are busy and when I tell them I already have an appointment they end the call in my face.
BUT if you decided to give it a try.
I recommend Lin. She is awesome and very neat.
Update review.
Recently, I had a frustrating experience because I got charged $5 EXTRA for any service i get THAN THEIR LISTED PRICE, claiming that I have long nails.
