The tech that did my nails today didn’t seem to do a very good job. It seems that she is hurrying up to do my nails since I am the last customer in the salon and they’ll close at 5pm. I noticed some bubbles or maybe some crumbs on my nail gel. I also had some gel polish underneath my nails. My nails don’t look pretty smooth and I don’t think it’s worth what I paid for. I just wished she could’ve done better.

I’ve been going to Q Nails for a few months. My mom and sister have been going for years. In the short time I’ve been going I’ve had a time or two I didn’t absolutely love my nails but Tommy always takes care of me and fixes the issue or what not. Yesterday I went and Tommy assured me this newer woman, Kelly, could do my nails and she would do them very well. I was super skeptical but let me tell ya. Tommy has competition with Kelly because she is my new “Go To”! She did an AMAZING job. I’m so in love!!! She also did my pedicure and I am so happy. Best experience thus far. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Best pedicure in town! People are friendly and location is clean. When I’ve made an appointment for myself and my mom or my bestie, they’ve seen us both at the same time. They provide thoughtful service that is worth your money, and the packages they offer are worth what is provided. Also I love how my nails turned out. I showed Tommy a picture and he paid such attention to detail.

100/10 experience. They completed my gel manicure to perfection, ensuring everything was done to my liking. They were so quick and sweet! The entire salon is very clean and spacious. The water and tea provided was a nice bonus.
