I’ve been to this business multiple times, and have never left 100% satisfied. Every post below speaking about cuticles and gel polish lifting is correct. My cuticles were barely touched and not pushed back at all. There are blank spaces on my nails were the cuticles are uneven because they were not pushed back. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap manicure this is your place.

Moved to Burlington and tried a few places and absolutely love QNails. They work with me on my design requests and always give me opinions too. They are really nice if you have questions also. Will keep going here!

Was able to get in quickly on a weekend but while I was there the man working was talking loudly on his phone about how he didn’t want to be working/doing anything cause he was so tired. He had a customer sitting right in his chair while he said that. If that had been me who was the customer, I would have felt awkward. Also the woman who was working waxed someone’s eyebrows and I was shocked to see her literally tossing the used wax strips onto the customers clothes while she laid there with her eyes closed (what if wax had gotten on her clothes?). The woman waxing her then proceeded to pick the used wax strip up off the customers clothes to use it on the customers face for a second time (unsanitary and against health code). Anyone who knows anything about heath and sanitation knows this is a big no no! Won’t return unless I’m desperate for something.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I’m not sure why you think you know where I was sitting but I was not all the way at the front. I was receiving a pedicure only feet away from where the waxing that was taking place. I could EASILY see what was happening. Nice try.

I wish I could attach a picture! I’ve had my nails done here a total of three times (full set and two fills), each time with worsening results! My full set started to lift on nearly every finger within hours, I mentioned this when I went in for my first fill. After that fill the all over lifting had improved but I had one nail lift completely off. I took it in to show them when I got my second fill. The woman, different from the man who’d done my nails the previous two times said nothing. She did the fill without asking if I wanted a new tip or my other nails trimmed to match the length. My second fill started chipping the same day. The next morning the polish had chipped all the way down and the nail broke off to the line of my real nail. Two days later three other nails lifted off completely leaving my weak real nails. Those broke off of course. It’s fair to mention that (with tip) I have paid $80, $60, and $60; each time tipping $15! Do I go back and ask them to make this right? Or do I find a new shop? Based on many other reviews from recently I’m leaning towards a new shop. They should really fix this though!

This place is great! Quiet. They are respectful, polite, have a ton of color options, they take their time, and do a great job. Summer is on its way. They are getting busier and trying to accommodate all of their clients in a timely manner!
Highly recommend
