My toes came out cute but the guy cut and pulled my nail out from the side to make it look “nicer” for my acrylic toes and it’s been hurting since now it’s infected and hurts really bad. Very unprofessional. He didn’t even ask if I was okay or anything he seen me flinched and say “ouch” he was rushing to leave !

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. All the techs are so nice and they do a GREAT job, my gel nails last me 4-5 weeks. I cannot give them enough praise!! If you are looking to get your nails done, visit Q Nails Georgesville. My nails were taking a beating from the lat time I got them done (5 weeks ago). I went in tonight with a vision for Christmas and it was turned into the BEST reality I could have hoped for. I am ready for Christmas with these beautiful nails.

I went here last Saturday, I booked an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes to get service. I then asked for a certain type of style the lady then said “we have no time for that and you have to pay extra”.. which made no sense as I was PAYING for service. Every time the woman would switch my hands she would fling my hands off her. She then proceeded to be very antisocial with me, but very nice and welcoming to everyone else coming into the building. During the middle of service she switched me to a man, who did an amazing job but I decided not to tip as well as usual since the woman’s professionalism needs work. I then felt bad and was going to come back and tip him more until he started complaining about the tip he received in front of everyone in the shop. Too bad they’re picky on who they choose to grant good service too. They do great nail service, but their customer service needs work. Not welcoming at all unless they know you.

This place is very clean and professional. The staff are welcoming and did not try to upcharge or haggle. Came in and got what I wanted, paid, and left. Excellent service.
