I’ve been here twice now since moving to the area. I feel bad even leaving this review since my tech was very kind. She really tried to fix everything but unfortunately I think the session just became too much. Everything is crooked. Every nail is shaped differently. There was no cuticle work done. No under growth care. No offer to file the nails down. The list goes on.

I originally asked for a fill on my French set. The tech couldn’t accommodate the French after multiple failed attempts to do the tips. I asked for a different tech to maybe help and she didn’t seem to like that. Overall this was just a very bad experience and the nails look like a clumpy thick mess.

I was trying to be nice and not cause a scene, but now I wish I had followed through on requesting a different nail tech who could accommodate my requests.

Update: There’s also a hair that’s been painted into the nail. I’m sure thats sanitary.

Update:
Ann fixed my nails free of charge! They look gorgeous. Wonderful customer service. She let me know that if there’s ever an issue, I can always ask for a fix, and they’ll help me out. Left a tip and will come back again!

Old review:
I got a manicure and gel paint ($48). I asked for one kind of glitter and was given this…
Also the paint looks like I did it myself…
Still left a tip but I left unhappy 😔. Won’t be coming back, unfortunately.

I got a balance and the man fixed up my nails so good! I forgot to ask for his name but On his desk he had signs that said relax your hand for good service! He did a great job!

I had a great first experience here. My nails look amazing. Everyone was so friendly. My nail tech was very quick and checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment.

Everyone was pretty friendly. My 3 stars are due to the pedicure service. The nail tech began by cutting my big toe nail very, very short. I was a little taken aback but when she continued cutting down to skin, I had to tell her that is was too short. She also did not ask the shape I wanted, and this is the same moment I realized she had cut them into a round shape. I never get my toe nails shaped round! I prefer a rounded square shape. I was very frustrated that the tech had not asked these basic questions, as I myself am a former nail tech. I try not to impose “my way” when I go to get services as I want to give respect to the technicians, but it seems that in this case I should have. After my toe nails were cut down to the under skin (“quick”) she had to file to make it smooth. This became uncomfortable as that area was already sensitive and the file was abrasive on that sensitive skin. I left with uneven toe nails because I didn’t want her doing the same on the other foot. Additionally, I have a toe that I will be keeping an eye on. These are average precautions and expectations that are taught in nail school. I would like to give them one more opportunity but I hope next time will be better with a different tech.
