Absolutely love this place!! From the get go they went above and beyond!! My hands and toes have the absolute best set I have ever had on them! The service, the quality, the pedicure was SO thorough, everything was amazing!!
What I got here is called the cat eye! They use a magnet bar for each nail to design! 10/10 recommend!! Will definitely be back!

Nails turned out great. Have had them on almost 5 weeks now. Have to get them off now, but the price just isn’t worth it. I paid 110 for basic French manicure acrylic nails I feel like that is just way too much when it used to cost like 35 for one person. Now for my daughter and I to have a mommy/daughter manicure it costs over 100 dollars for the basic things.

I have been going here for years. Love this place. You have to wait sometimes but you do at a lot places. Just take a book & chill out. They both have always been very nice to me. I have heard customers be rude to them – I say if you are rude to them, they can be rude to you!!! Be nice!!! Always get a great Pedicure. If they have to take the “sander” to your feet or hands THATS YOUR PROBLEM. How else are they going to make very rough places smooth. I highly recommend Q-Nails

I don’t think I’ve left a bad review before, but here we go. Should have read the others first. I walked in for a pedicure. There was only one other person in the place. As other reviews have stated, the staff was very friendly however, the sides of my toes aren’t painted. They didn’t offer to shorten my nails, so I will have to clip them which defeats the purpose of my French tips. They used a drill to try and remove over application of gel above my cuticle so now I have a cut on my toe that is painful. I’d rather just have polish on my cuticles than a cut. The lotions used were applied directly from the large bottle and rubbed on my feet/toes, meaning that same bottle lid touched a bunch of other feet. I asked for their 2nd tier package which was supposed to include some special extra callous removal cream and massage, which was not done at all. I was charged $70 for a pedicure that I will have to have redone elsewhere once the cut on my toe is healed. Avoid.

I have given this place many many chances. The staff are very very sweet people. However they rushed through it for me and a friend. The sides of four of my fingernails were not even painted. Two of my toes she cut me with the drill which literally made me bleed. They don’t paint on any designs she only has a select amount of stickers to choose from so if you have a design in mind from Google you can’t do that. But yet they charged me $105 after cutting me twice and not being able to get the design I want it and four of my fingernails not even getting painted on the sides.
