Will did an excellent job in my nails. Very professional , clean, and proficient at the sculpting and polish application. One of the best experiences I’ve had since we moved here. Thank you!

At my previous salon, I always got acrylics with pink & white tip polish on top. Even with gel polish, I had to refill every 2 weeks. Justin told me about the new technique of pink & white acryllic powder with a clear polish. They last longer – no polish chipping. Same price. Thanks for the new service. I love them & now only need to fill once a month! Friendly staff – Hugo does a great job!

Today was my first time to this nail salon because I had a lot of people tell me to try it out! However, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I asked for a simple design; red french tips on my natural nails with dip. The guy who did my nails didn’t know what he was doing. He kept asking people what to do and what to use. He also cut me three times and I was bleeding pretty bad. All he said was “sorry.” He proceeded to wipe my blood off with this hands! This was so gross. He was filing down my nails with the electric tool on my natural nails and it hurt so bad/burning my nails. This was such a long appointment, almost two hours for this simple design! (I made an appointment). He stopped half way through because he couldn’t do the French design. A lady came to do it, and it came out so sloppy. I was charged $45 for this and $10 to take off my previous dip manicure.

I’ve had a good and bad experience with getting powder on my natural/real nails. The Tech who did my nails did a good job. Once I came back to have the powder removed a new male Tech didn’t take his time. My real nails ended up being ate up, cracked up, fragile and a series of lines in my nails from damage. The nails I grew all broke off in a week’s time. I went back 3 days later to complain and was told I waited too late. I just needed a remedy from them to repair my nails. I was just turned away. Q Nails lost a local customer.

Relax
I recently visited Nail Salon for a gel manicure. The location was easy to find, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and skilled, providing excellent service and paying attention to detail. Prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this salon
