Natural Healing Fitness
This was my first visit to Q Nails. Even though I had an appointment I had a little wait.
Helen was my nail technician, and let me just say she made the wait well worth it!
I received the Hot Stone Manicure; which was absolutely heavenly! Now the neck and back massage she gave during the paraffin wax was sooooo relaxing!
I will most definitely come back to see Helen!

I drive to Charlotte from Durham to visit my daughter and we get our nails done at Q Nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years now and I can say Q Nails is top notch! The staff is just wonderful. They are all really good at what they do and always professional and friendly. They are great at pedicures, acrylic nails with shaping, matching colors, they do designs, and their color selection is enormous. This is what I had done yesterday. I chose the colors based from a picture I found on Pinterest. They reshaped my nails from square to almond with perfection.

I have been going to Q-Nails for about 4 years now. I always book with Kathy because she takes good care of my nails. She does an amazing job each time, and I always get compliments about how great my nails look! I also like to book with Helen for pedicures. Both Kathy and Helen take their time, and my nails tend to last up to 3 weeks. These ladies are very kind as well. 🙂

My favorite place for my nails. I usually don’t enjoy taking the time out of my day to get my nails done but walking in here is like coming to visit my friends. So helpful with colors, speedy and I just love catching up with Kim, Mai & all the regulars too! Best spot in town. I debated sending this review because I like to keep Q Nails my little secret but everyone should know about the best in town!

I decided to give them a try because the salon is located close to my office. I walked in and there was complete silence. Staff looked at me as if I was the red-headed stepchild. I decided to leave after standing there for a few minutes. No greeting poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere. Decided to go to Neo Spa & Co about 3 minutes up the road. They were so friendly and efficient. Check them out instead!
