I had a wonderful experience today getting my nails done! The lady who worked on my nails is named ruby! She is so professional and does a fantastic job! I had went to this one salon called French nail spa and they ruined my nails I went and got them fixed today at Q nail spa and I am much more satisfied with my experience! . I’ll be coming back in the future 🙂

I have been coming to this place for monthly pedicures for the last couple years and have always had good experiences, up until yesterday. The gel pedicure I received took nearly 2 hours for the basic package. Several other customers that got the same service came and went before I was even half done. I think the employee doing my pedicure was new and inexperienced, which I’m typically understanding of, but this took an excessive amount of time and was very poorly done. My nails were not shaped, cuticles not trimmed, and there was nail polish all over my toes, overall very sloppily done. See for yourself in the pictures attached to this review. Additionally, the employee was getting up in the middle of my pedicure and cleaning other stations and would leave my chair for extended periods of time. Upset that I wasted $46 + tip for the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Other employees were consistently coming over to see how she was doing throughout the pedicure (probably because it was taking so long) so they were aware of the poor quality. I will be finding a new nail salon and would not recommend this place to anyone after this horrible experience.

I love receiving pedicures and Tin always does a fantastic job on my toes. He’s very gentle and does not hurt my feet/toes. He’s polite, respectful and fun to talk with. The massage chair is an added bonus. Thank you!

Have family in town and we all love pedicures. It’s hard to find a place that will accommodate a group of 6. We made reservations and were able to be seated at the same time. Great pedicures and attention to detail. Clean and wonderful chairs. Thankyou!

I really enjoyed Q Nail Spa. Atmosphere was clean, calm, comfortable temperature, workers were professional and kind. Ruby took her time on my French gel pedicure and was very meticulous. All products applied to the legs were warm and comfortable. I will definitely come back to Ruby.
