I’ve had two appointments with Missy so far, and can’t imagine life without regular self-care, and her magical, kind service. she listens so thoroughly to all of your beauty and care, goals, and works so hard to make a comfortable experience. Even though I walk away from those appointments feeling beautiful because of my nails, I feel even better because of how Missy treats me and creates such a fun, conversational, relaxing atmosphere. I couldn’t imagine getting my nails done by anyone else in Portland.

So I met Missy at a bar where everyone seemed to know her name and not in a bad way. Good sign. She mentioned she did nails and gave me her card. A physical paper card. Another good sign. I told her I’d book my girlfriend ASAP because I was proposing and I know nails matter in this situation. Long story short: my girlfriend goes in for a manicure and a pedicure and texts me in the first 30 seconds how happy she is and what a good job I did finding her this place. Everything went great and she didnt say no so thank you!

I’ve been going to Missy for a few months now and I followed her from her previous salon, her new space is a little bit farther for me but it is 100% worth it for her! Great conversation, great nails, in a super cute and clean environment. Her prices are also incredibly reasonable, and she’s gotten my natural nails looking the best they’ve looked in my whole life! Add on the CBD bath bomb to your pedicure to melt away in total bliss while she gets your feet looking so fresh and clean ✨

One of the most frustrating experiences is finding a great nail tech only to have them move on. Not so with Kelley! I’ve been going to Kelley for over ten years at the Purple Door and she’s provided excellent nail care (acrylic, gel, and natural) as I’ve transitioned to different products. She even hand files, which is almost impossible to get nowadays. She works to ensures your needs are met, and provides absolutely stellar pedicures, bubble bath and all! Book with Kelley if you want someone with experience and great customer service!
