John has never missed the mark with any of my gel-x nail designs. He’s always accommodating to any request and always finds a way to add a little flair. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years now and will keep coming back. The salon is clean, efficient, and all of the staff are talented and knowledgeable at what they do. Highly recommend!!!

To say this place did a bad job is an understatement. I came in as a new customer with gorgeous looking acrylics that were outgrown. I couldn’t go to the last place since it’s in Chicago, so I went to Purity based on the positive reviews. As soon as I sat down, she goes “first time here? Where did you go before, they did a bad job”. To me, it felt like she was saying that to convince me to switch nail salons; however, the nail salon in Chicago is amazing, clean, I had been going there for 10 years without an issue, and their work is amazing. Anyway, she then proceeded to give me the thickest, chunkiest, most uneven, lumpy acrylics with lifting on the sides. I went home and literally looked at how awful my nails looked and decided I wouldn’t fuss, but just wouldn’t go back there. Fast forward to today, and I go to Boston Nails and Spa for an acrylic fill. He takes off my polish and I have a legit fungal infection! See attached pics. This place is so disgusting.
