Today I received the absolute BEST color of my life!!! Ava did such an incredible job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to achieve what I was looking for. The results are a million times better than anything I’ve ever experienced. Ava is truly a master at what she does!

Horrible experience! I booked an appt over the phone. It was for an all over color. I made sure to verify the price before I came in for my appointment. I was told that for my hair length and a level 1 stylist, an all over color would be $90. When I went in for my appointment I had explained to the stylist the color that I would like for my hair. I explained to the stylist that I do not want my hair dark just a light chocolate brown color I showed her photos and she even brought out swatches. I ended up going with a lighter swatch that she showed me. After she put the color on my hair and rinsed it out, I immediately noticed my hair was such a dark brown it looked black. I told the stylist I was concerned that it was too dark and she said it looks like that because my hair was wet. She said to let her dry it and it will immediately lighten up. So she dried my hair completely and it was still so dark it looked black. I again told her that it was way too dark and that’s not what I asked for. She proceeded to tell me to sit in the sun and wash my hair a bunch of times and then it will lighten up, I told her that I should not have to do that. She just gave me a look and walked me to the register to pay. The lady at the register clearly heard our conversation and could see the look on my face like I was about to cry but with a rude attitude said my total was $155. I was so shocked the price went from $90 to $155. I asked her why the price was so high. She proceeded to say that I was charged and extra $55 to have 2 inches trimmed off my hair. I had explained to her that no one told me that when I called to book the appointment that it would cost $55 extra to have my hair trimmed. She said that all cuts are that price. I told her I didn’t ask for a cut or a trim, I just wanted color and the stylist asked me in the chair if I wanted her to trim a couple inches off my hair and that I assumed it came with the color because no one told me it cost extra and I didn’t ask for it, the stylist offered to trim my hair not explaining it would cost more. The receptionist gave me a snotty look and ignored my concerns so I just paid and walked out crying. I was so embarrassed at how dark my hair is. I will post pictures for reference so you can see what I am talking about.

New to the area so made an appointment with Raushel for a hair color update, haircut, and new customer consultation. Absolutely impressed by her knowledge, approachability, and experience. She recommended a haircut that took advantage of my hair type, expertly matched my previous color, and modernized my trademark bangs for a personal flare. I am so lucky to have found her- highly recommend!

The time Murl takes to listen to what I want and even give great advice to ensure I am happy with the end result AND to make sure my hair is stronger/healthier when I leave 🙌🏼!
