My nails came out beyond horrible! Do NOT go here! I have a regular mail tech that I go to. So I’m used to a certain UNIFORMED look. IG WORTHY LOOK!!! Since i had a special event that day I decided to go get my nails done at a shop! Which I really don’t do shops unless it’s APEX NAILS! Anyway I see if you’re not a regular at this nail salon they seem to give you a person who has no idea what they’re doing! The lady shaping was decent but she used an obsessive amount of acrylic!!! My nails are super bulky crooked and none of them are shaped the same on top of being more than twice!!! I took them off the next day after this pick I was so upset and disappointed I almost cried! My regular nail tech saw these nails and couldn’t believe they charged me for someone to “practice on my hand”

I stop coming to this place for 7 months because it was good but not great. I gave it a shot 2 days ago because is a convenient location for me and I’m so disappointed. The manicurist burnt 3 of my fingers because of careless application of product, had dirty hands with residual products of other clients (black and sticky) and cut my cuticle. I told her 5 times to file the same nail because it was awfully shape and she didn’t listen. The result is terrible and the amount of pain during the process was ridiculous. Worst $65 spent.

I got nail design and pedicure here and it was one of the best Ive had. The service was great, and the prices were reasonable. I loved my experienced and love their website, very easy to make an appt 😊

July 2023 update: had to add some photos of the amazing nail art Ann did for me today. She is awesome, very nice and detail oriented. I came in with a photo of a design and didn’t know if it was achievable. She really blew me away with what a fantastic job she did! See the photos of the white flame nails. I seriously don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I have been here over 10 times with different technicians and I’ve never had a bad experience.
Michelle is amazing!! Best dip I’ve ever had. She took her time and examined my nails closely after every thing she did to make sure they were even and smooth. I had a dip done at a different salon in Arlington a few weeks ago and it was bumpy and didn’t go all the way down to the bottom of my nails. This looks 1000x better because of the time she took to ensure it was perfect. Will be coming back.

After coming to this shop for many years, going to all techs and getting all sorts of services. I can asure you all, this is the best place in Alexandria!! It’s definitely worth coming in and waiting patiently (Specially if requesting highly-detailed art work/Designs) Prices are reasonable for the attention to detail and great services they all provide. Overall, All ladies working here are extremly talented, With many years of experience and eventhough they all have different
working-styles, They manage to always do a great Job.
