The customer service was great, but the work provided was terrible. I had a pedicure done it is honestly one of the worst looking jobs I ever had done. It looks like a toddler did it. I’m just really upset I spent $60 to be completely disappointed! I don’t live here otherwise I’d go have them fix it. So disappointed!!!!

My daughter was having her prom. Rose did a good pedicure on my daughter’s feet. But….. when it came to her manicure they were horrible thick and clumpy a really poor job. I came in and spoke to Rose she was very rude arguing with me the “customer”. She said she’d give my money back if she soaked my daughter’s fingernails and basically ripped them off. The owner came in and only gave me partial refund. So beware of Rose. Very unprofessional.

We went here to get mine and my daughter’s pedicures done for a trip we were going on out of town. We paid extra to have the shellac done, which should have lasted longer. After only 3 days the polish completely came off the nails (not even peeling, just one solid piece). It was really unfortunate that we had to take time out of our vacation to pay AGAIN to have our nails done AGAIN. I’ve had shellac pedicures done before at other places and they’ve lasted up to 3-4 weeks!
