Overpriced, not clean, rude, slow and can’t seem to get the gel to cure properly.

If I could leave a negative star I would – I gave them a chance to fix this. Firstly, I was “accidentally” charged $96 over. At my request, I did receive a refund.

When I got home a few hours later, my nails had bubbled, peeling off and making a wet polish mess everywhere. The gel was not cured properly.

I went back today and they were kind and redid them.

I look down and the nails are exactly the same. Still not cured. Making a mess all over my hands… bubbled and horrible looking.

I was very disappointed in the services to my wife and I. Even though we did not have a reservation, we went together for a pedicure. My pedicure was very good, but my wife did not get one at the same time. This was to be done together. There were only 2 other people getting a pedicure at that time and several workers walking around the salon. Five other people came in after we were seated and each one had somebody to start their pedicures. When mine was finished, the person that did my pedicure went to begin on my wife. Our services were supposed to be done together and this was uncalled for. Because of this action, my wife decided to go to another salon for services.

I got some beautiful nail art from Lee, she did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable as well.

I have no issue with the salon itself, other than it is cramped and uncomfortable.
However, the woman who worked on my nails was astonishingly rude and rough.
There was no introduction at all. She was on a phone call when she shoved my hands into a very small bowl. She barked orders at me from start to finish, acting as though she was
angry to be there. She was downright insulting. In hindsight I know I should have stopped her and asked for someone else to finish my nails. Very unpleasant experience.

I followed Bill & Amy from another salon. They are a sweet couple. Bill gives a great pedicure & so does Amy. I highly recommend the $51 JelloShot pedi. It’s mid-range price; well worth the extra $20! Go see my friends @ Pure Nail Bar in Longview, Tx!
