Normally this place does a good job and I brought my mom because she just had a bad experience at a nearby salon. Unfortunately I had the same experience. Sloppy nail Polish and bubbles on the color. You can see my cuticle was still flaky. After a $75 mani pedi you expect more. Not going here again. See photos for evidence. I assume the photos with the flowers are all taken by the shop, because even my mom’s cuticles were jagged.

Puffin Nails is my go-to spot in Concord! I’m lucky to have found Puffin Nails when I moved to the area. At previous salons, I used to get gel and my nails would chip or break within 2 weeks. At Puffin Nails, my dip manicures last for 4 weeks! Their quality, expertise, and color selections are top notch. I recommend calling to make an appointment in advance and to bring cash for payment. Thank you Puffin Nails for always having my nails and toes looking great for special occasions!

This nail salon is one of a kind! I have been coming here for years and I will never go anywhere else. From Eric, to every nail artist, it is just wonderful. As a nurse who picks up shifts all the time, they are so accommodating when I have to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment with short notice or can squeeze in a vacation over the weekend, they always find a way to fit me in the schedule. I am forever grateful for that. The decor and ambiance is incredible! The music is always great! Everyone is talking and laughing and it just warms my heart to be there. The prices are more than fair, especially for the excellent quality of the product received. I can go on for days about Puffin, but I will end by saying, you definitely will not be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Puffin Nails since I moved to the east bay in 2022. I originally messaged them on IG to see if they could do a certain color of dip manicure for me and I was set up with Cindy for my appointment. I’ve been going to Cindy since then and I refuse to see anyone else for my nails! She’s super thorough and truly cares about every detail. Every single dip manicure has been perfect with Cindy- thank you Cindy!!

I have been coming to Puffin Nails for almost 10 years now and every time has been awesome. I used to get regular gel manicures but then they turned me on to dip powder and I have been hooked ever since! Mine last for A MONTH.
