PROSE Nails – Zionsville

I recently took my 5-year-old daughter to Prose for a special birthday treat, and we both had an amazing experience! They made my daughter feel like a princess from the moment we walked in. She even received a special pink box with treats and toy, which is part of their kids service, and it made the experience even more memorable for my girl!

The nail artist Lisa was fantastic! She was fun, patient, gentle, and made sure my daughter had the best time. She gave my daughter remote and let her pick out Disney cartoons while pedicure, and during manicure she would put Disney songs my daughter requested and they were signing together – it was the sweetest thing!! Lisa was very careful to ensure that the manicure and pedicure were done to perfection.

My daughter absolutely loved her nails and couldn’t stop admiring them!

I would highly recommend it to other parents looking for a fun and safe place to take their young children for a manicure and pedicure. The staff were amazing, the salon is clean, use good quality products, and very safe and friendly. We can’t wait to go back again!

Buyer beware. Their membership program is a rip off. As a member, the benefits aren’t worth how much you’re charged a month. Their pricing is far more expensive compared to other reputable nail salons and have no reason to be as they don’t stand out in any way. The nail techs are what makes that place worth going to but I can’t justify going there anymore after I canceled my membership and was denied a refund of my $300+ balance on my membership account by Scott. Read the fine print. Lesson learned and I will never go back to Prose Nails again.
Thank goodness Nail Bar opened up a location close by. I’ll be taking my business there. 🙂

I was driving by the business one day and decided to stop in. I met the owner, Mr. Scott and he sold me on the whole experience! I purchased a membership. The first two services I received were wonderful…the environment was relaxing, the staff was friendly and very clean. I made an appointment for October 27 at 4:30 PM. On that day, I received a text at 414 say I had an 4 PM. I called And explained that my appointment was at 4:30 PM. The person on the phone told me that the schedule shows 4 PM. I explained that cannot be correct because I get off work at 3:30 PM and there’s no way I can make it to you at 4 PM. I was advised that if I can make it here by 4:30 PM, that I can still receive the service. I agreed. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from the manager, Lisa, which made me confused. Lisa advised me that I was late to my appointment. I told her that I already spoke to someone about this issue and I’m in route. Lisa told me to quit yelling at her which led to contest of “no I’m not. Yes you are” conversation. I was a minute away from the location and received another text saying I need to reschedule. Not only was I scheduled for the incorrect time but also the incorrect services. I was getting a manicure but they scheduled me for a pedicure. Not once did the manager say that it was an error on Prose side. I canceled my membership because of that situation. I woke up Saturday morning to check my bank account and was charged an extra $50 from Prose. I didn’t receive any services on that day plus they have my membership charge of $60 which I didn’t use any of services from that. I feel like because I canceled my service now I am in the whole of $110 from Prose. Name on account with Prose is Evora Jones. My email is in my maiden name.

I have been a member for some time now and have only ever had wonderful experiences! I love the atmosphere there and Julia especially always makes sure I’m satisfied with my nails and creates a comfortable environment. I couldn’t have a better nail tech!

Following my second experience with PROSE Nails, I would say the experience unfortunately did not mirror that of the first experience. Similar to the first experience, Scott and Lisa were phenomenal to work with. The overall environment was great and they both go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience! Unfortunately, the technician this time around made the experience less enjoyable than what it was the first time. In short, the technician made some insensitive remarks and comments throughout the conversation with my spouse that left my spouse feeling very uncomfortable at times during her visit.
