Although I love coming here and find the membership very convenient, I find it unreasonable to be charged $25 for removing an existing manicure and an additional $25 for rescheduling an appointment. I’m already $50 in without even getting a manicure.
Life happens, and with two kids under 3 and a full-time job, it’s challenging to avoid adjusting schedules.

I got a nice express pedicure today – the technician did a good job. However, they have the most uncomfortable set up for pedicures I’ve ever seen. There is a chair and a bar to rest your feet on. I felt like my knees were on my chin. The bar to rest your feet on is very tall. They slip a pan of water under the bar to soak your feet in – no whirlpool. I also am not a fan of picking out a polish color by using the plastic strips. It seems to be different from looking at the bottles of polish. I sat in the chair 10 – 12 minutes while my toes dried and no one helped me get my sandals on. Since I prepaid, how to leave a tip was awkward and not clear. I gave it to the receptionist. Because of the chairs, I don’t think I’d ever go back.

Bill was awesome! Loved my prose pedi and hard gel mani. He was efficient and thorough, love the finished product. Highly recommend!

The worst and most expensive manicure I’ve ever gotten. A week and a half later, more than half of my nails are peeling, chipped, and broken. I’ve never had this happen with dip before. Giving two stars because the salon was clean, staff was kind, and my pedicure was great.

Ari did an amazing job on my nails! She was extra careful and was so sweet and professional. Plus my nails turned out beautiful. Will definitely book again.
