I am sharjng my deep disappointment with the service I have received over the past year, which has led to my decision to cancel my membership.

While I have had the pleasure of working with three wonderful artists—Corey, Alex, and Lexi—whose work is exemplary, the overall service quality has drastically declined.

Over the last year, several artists have left and been replaced by others who are often surly and rude.

In one particularly troubling incident, an artist named Phalita yanked my arm to compare it to a nail color on the wall after informing me they were low on supplies. And rolling her eyes.

My appointments have been frequently moved or canceled due to artist unavailability, with no sufficient coverage provided.

Specifically, in the past thirty days alone, my appointment was canceled or rescheduled three times:
– The first cancellation occurred because the artist was out and there was no coverage.
– The second time, I was asked to split my services into two separate days.
– Today, while en route to my appointment, I was notified last minute that my service could not be completed. I was informed that the phones were down, yet the receptionists could have used cell phones to notify clients.

It is clear there is a pattern of artist absenteeism, and no effective contingency plan in place to manage these absences. Asking clients to return on different days for services they booked months in advance is unacceptable.

The inconsistency and lackluster service are not what I expect from a membership I invested in. For these reasons, I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I liked my manicure. The technician took her time to get the gel manicure polish perfect. I should have gone with a different color for my toes but that’s my fault. The only downside to going to this nail shop was the price. Very expensive.

AMAZING! Izzy was incredible. She was blowing my mind with her skill, knowledge, & suggestions. She really cares about the health of your nails, & wants to make your nails look beautiful. I left with my expectations being above & beyond what I thought possible from a nail salon. You won’t want to go anywhere else!!

I loooove PROSE and I am a Nail Artist here @ the Arcadia location sooo that says a lot. I love coming to work each day doing what I’m passionate in, helping others. I am a new artist about 3months in, super dedicated, hard working and I love a good project😉 I highly suggest our callus reducer, our extended massage and our $3 bath bombs (we have lots more treats as well) We focus on healthy happy hands and feet using non toxic products and hospital grade tools (clippers,nippers, foot file)

Call our location, schedule your appointment and request me COREY and get a mani & pedi we can do basic Polish, Gel or SNS…. no acrylics but we can add false tips to your SNS!!!!

Super clean and safe, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t!!! We also have ventilation throughout the boutique come check us out!!!! Our staff ROCKS!!!!

Christian is the best nail tech I’ve ever had do my hands!

They have a great relaxing atmosphere.

I loved how they offered to clean my wedding ring and give me a soothing hot towel so I can be as relaxed as I can during the whole process.

I got SNS (dip) removal and application the whole process was done in a timely and professional manner!

I will defiantly be returning to this exceptional establishments!

Ps they also have a byob alcohol policy for all of those bridesmaids that are looking for a good time and some glam!
