Cynthia was my nail tech for my pedicure and she was very kind, precise, professional, and skilled. She took her time and it was a very pleasant experience with her.
The owner, however, is INCREDIBLY rude. She made it very clear that she did NOT want my business. And so she will not get it.
I haven’t been treated so rudely in a while. And, as a small business owner myself, who has contact with many people each day, I will NOT recommend her shop to anyone. This is too bad because Cynthia was truly amazing, so if you have no where were else to go, make sure to ask for Cynthia. Because the owner is horribly rude. And she thought I didn’t notice. Shame on her. She needs to change her name to Unprofessional Nails!
