When everyone else seem to have dismissed us because we were walk-ins, ProfessioNAILS took us in. We did not mind the wait. Sonny gave me a very beautiful French manicure that lasted 3 weeks (could have been 4 weeks if I did not break a nail). Le gave me and hubby a very nice scrubbing and cleaning (pedicure) on the first time. On the second visit, Kim took care of our feet.

Sonny, Le, and Kim are very nice, warm, bashful folks who does a perfect job. We came here for medical reasons (doctor’s order) and they made our experience so heavenly without any pain. They have gentle hands. We can now go back to our primary care proud and confident of our hands and feet.

This was my first time here I received a pedicure and the man that was assigned to me was not gentle at all. He was rough and scrapping at my natural nail leaving it rigged . He yanked and pulled and tried to scrap gel polish without even letting it soak for 1 minutes. It was very rushed I asked for a basic pedicure which is 27. When I was checking out the tried charging me 54 DOLLARS but “lowered it” to 49. It is absolutely ridiculous they said the charge me to take off my gel which was 5 dollar and the apparently getting a black half done French tip cost an EXTRA 17 dollars!!!! they didn’t or wouldn’t break down prices in how it magically bounced to 32-49! I want my money back I would not recommend this place it is a rip off genuinely. It happened to a women right after we were seated they charge whatever comes to mind to see what they can get away with!

Been coming here for a number of years since it’s just down the street. I didn’t have too many issues with the previous owners, but I think they reused tools between clients.

The first thing I noticed with the current owners is that they now line the spa pedicure basins with plastic, so it’s more hygienic than before. Also when I go in they open a fresh pack of tools, so I don’t think they’re recycling the same tools on each client anymore. The last couple times I’ve gone in they’ve asked if I was paying through zelle, which my CU doesn’t support. Said no, I could do venmo, PayPal, or card and we paid by card. I get that it’s probably more convenient for them, but don’t push for a specific method.

My nails always come out looking great and I’m grateful these guys deal with my ingrown nails. Whenever I try cutting them it always ends up on an angle, so I’ve stopped. I did dip nails last time and I was hoping they would brush it on, like I’ve read in a couple articles, but they don’t. Seems like an easy way to spread bacteria, so wash your hands before you sit down ladies! Otherwise I think my dip has lasted a month so far, which is a bit longer than the gel.
