I consulted with them one day before about a design I’m interested in and the person spoke to me endlessly about being able to.. the next day I went to have my nails done and it was the worst decision ever!! The acrylic was ill shaped and the polish was terrible in the end they didn’t even have the material to complete the design.. cuticles were never cleaned, I had nails that were longer than others and I was terribly disappointed!!

I have been going here for over ten years and have recommended them to many friends. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had. I want to cry. I go to be pampered and pay a lot of money to get a deluxe mani-pedi. Today I felt like I was being tortured, the leg massage was so lack luster and steps on the manicure were forgotten. I’m sorry if you don’t like working with the public, get another job. I feel cheated.

I absolutely love coming to Pro Nailz to get my new sets of acrylics and my fills. I went to a different place to get my nails done for over a year and they started doing a cheap job and were always trying to rush through. I feel SO taken care of at Pro Nailz, especially by Helen. If you ever go there ask for her! She spoils her customers and never makes me feel pressured. I recommend this place to everyone I meet! They have also done my friend’s nails and she gets shellac and they have done a wonderful job!

This is the only Nail Salon in the Millcreek area that I prefer. I’ve been going here since 2018 all of the nail techs are so nice, they love to hype you up and make you feel so good about the service you’re receiving. I’ve never been disappointed by the acrylics I’ve had done here. If there was 10 stars I would give 10. Best customer service, great prices that make it possible for you to leave a good tip, amazing service.
