I’ve given this business my last dime. Each time I’ve been (2 other visits) in the past 6months my gel cracks the same week. Recently I went to ProNails on Saturday by the next day Sunday my gel was chipped. I tried to fix it with glue but wasn’t successful. It is now just Monday and my other nail has chipped. Both times from washing dishes. This has never happened when I visit other salons. I go to Pronail because I supported their growth but the quality has diminished since the move. I do not recommend this place! It’s a scam if you ask me.

Let’s just say,”I will not be going back “ ! I tried to give them another chance to be fair. That was a mistake because my nails started chipping thee VERY NEXT DAY! Went on 8/31/2022. By Friday I had a chip. No way this was real gel! My white (polish color) toes are turning yellowish brown!

Horrible experience. First time coming into the salon and the first impression is underwhelming. The techs are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I asked for an overlay and from the photos, you can see how uneven the acrylic is on my nails. The design is sloppy and the shape is wildly inconsistent. I called the next day to speak with management, at which time I was told that they were not there. I was further insulted when I was told that I was problematic for making my tech redo my nails because I was unhappy. During my appointment I even asked to be placed with Keyonna and was extremely disappointed that my requests were blatantly ignored.
