Tried this place for the first time yesterday for a dip, and I cannot be any happier! Ryan did my nails, not only is he gentle and sweet, but he is very meticulous. He pays very close attention when he files your nails and overall just did an amazing job!. I will most definitely be back to see him 🤍

Place is relatively clean for a nail salon and the techs are professional and kind. They made sure we got the nails shaped and colored the way we wanted. Minus one star as they forgot a top coat on one hand, leaving one hand glossy and the other matte (only noticed after leaving due to cuticle oil making both look shiny).

this place NEVER disappoints!! i love coming in here and getting my nails done. they last at least three weeks and anytime i have a chip i go in and they fix it. i always come in w some sort of design and they nail it every time. i get compliments everywhere i go. the last couple times a guy (wish i knew his name i can’t remember) shapes them and he takes his time and does an EXCELLENT job and rlly pays attention to detail. and then the girl (don’t know her name either:((( ) comes over and paints them. she nails the design and i always leave happy!!! (ive tried a few places in ypsilanti/ ann arbor and nothing beats this place! glad i finally found it!!)

Jasmine is a great nail tech. She pays attention to detail like no one else! Very happy with the salon in general. One time Jasmine couldn’t fit me in and I used another tech. He was good too. Very unusual to have a back up tech good as well. They are on time with appointments, which I’ve never had at any other salon.

This was my 5th visit. I’ve had three different nail technicians give me a dip powder manicure and they all seem to be equally skilled. My nails look great and they always last at least 3 weeks without lifting, chipping or cracking. I’ve never had such consistent, high quality service. I’m not easy on my nails, either. I cook, clean, and garden and I rarely remember gloves. I’m happy and impressed.
Update: still feel great about Pro Nails. Just had my nails done again and they look great.

Visit # 73, still love it. Got my favorite color, nude with gold glitter dip powder. It will last three weeks, easily because you won’t be able to see the line between the acrylic and my cuticles. I’m and out in an hour with a pedicure! Can’t beat Pro Nails!
