Just started getting my nails done by miu and she is an expert at designs and loves to do them she is my favorite!! I had a hand photoshoot for a lemonade beverage and she gave me the most adorable citrus nails

I just got a pedicure from Pro Nails by Julie, it was amazing. My feet look and feel great, the salon is nice and clean, pretty big. tons of polish colors. The massage chairs are awesome. It was $30 for a basic pedi, it goes up if you get fancy, but $30 seems very reasonable to me! I’ll be back for sure.

I sat in my chair for 2 hours and my nail tech did a very very VERY poor job. I left really upset and didn’t have the time to fix my nails because I had a flight to catch that night. I asked for a full set and French manicure. The lady when dipping the solution in the powder to create my nail would not let the gel form so powder was dusted on my nails while she was creating the nail which left a dusty look under my nail. She made all my nails super bulky and uneven lengths. I showed her a photo for inspo and she was telling me the shape I wanted wasn’t for my nails which I get all the time and like very much. She filed down my cuticle with the nail drill and made them look SO BAD my cuticles looked disgusting and rough, which she tried to mask with oil but when dry it was very ugly. And she drew on my French tip way thicker than I asked uneven. By the end of the service I still tipped because I felt embarrassed after asking for changes multiple times she just kinda shut me out. So I just wanted to leave but my nails looked like I already needed a fill and as if someone with no experience at all had worked on them. Two other artist came up to her desk when they saw me unhappy and her taking longer than usual for a full set and tried to persuade me saying “ohhhh how beautiful! Sooo beautiful’” which it was nothing special just a French tip. So i hope this salon is using licensed nail techs because my first experience was horrible and I will never go again. I payed $75 for an acrylic gel full set with and still tipped which i think was a lot for the quality of the work done. I will not be going back for sure. The photos below were taken literally RIGHT when I got home… it looks as if they are almost a week old. It’s been 1 week since I got my service done and my nails look like I need a fill already.

Came here while I was staying in Scottsdale and got a manicure with hard gel that was stunning, but I chipped it the next day opening a cooler (my bad😆)… came back a couple weeks later and got an acrylic manicure from Matt and it lasted the longest of any manicure I’ve gotten in my life! I waited to get my nails re-done for the next time I was in Scottsdale. Got another acrylic set from Matt and it lasted literally 7 weeks 🥹 It’s pricey but fully worth it. I’m considering flying back to AZ to have him do my nails again ahahah

I have never left a review on google before, but this is quite possibly the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were all polite, but my nails came out absolutely horrible. I asked for dip, however, they did most of the work in gel. My nails are all crooked and different lengths. I asked for a french manicure and the tips are not even aligned with my nails. Also, they were all chipped by the next day. I think it depends on which tech you get because my friend’s nails came out beautifully. I believe my tech was Vana. If you want your nails done properly, I strongly recommend not having her as your nail tech or maybe just go to another salon in general.
