These set of nails are nice but the french tip on my thumb is crooked. The woman who did my nails knew that and laughed with her friend about it. The quality of nails are going down and the prices are going up. They are overpriced, nails techs cost less for the nails I got.

First time at Pro Nails and Spa and I will be back! Wasn’t pleased with where I had been going the past few months. Was encouraged by the online reviews I read and gave it a go. All employees I talked to were very pleasant, polite and attentive. Jayden was great!! Pro Nails is definitely my new go to place!!

Will never return. I use to love Pro Nails but they have definitely declined over time. It just seems as though the quality of work has really went down. You have to constantly watch the tech to make sure they actually do what u asked for. If you want nice designs on your toes do not come here. If you want regular solid color this is your place, that’s all they can do.

Today is the last time I’ll ever come here. I’ve had a few good manicures where the file is even, the nail thickness isn’t lopsided, the polish was actually good without any debris or left on skin, and the cuticles aren’t over done etc. Every other time I have to ask for something to be fixed and the techs do it somewhat willingly which I always found odd and different from other salons I’ve been to. But today, I had the worst experience, my nail tech was so rude from the moment she sat down didn’t look at me, didn’t say hi, and proceeded to be so rough with my nails. When I asked her to thin my nails more she told me to get the name of the lady who did it last time so she can do my nails and caught a major attitude and called me a name in Spanish (not realizing I understood her). That was it for me, there was a great nail tech named Marisol that I enjoyed but haven’t seen her on my last 2 visits so I will no longer return.
