Came here on Wednesday morning at 9.00 opening time. I was seated immediately. I needed a pedicure and gel polish. My service was just lacking. The massage chair did not work, first frustration, then the person doing my pedicure had zero energy. She did not clean my cuticles, or heels. Felt like she was on autopilot doing the motions but no effort. It was very quick. Just really didn’t get much. I did not complain because I knew I would not be back. Felt like I spent my money on getting my feet washed and polished but not really a pedicure, just my experience.

I went here yesterday with my mother. I live out of town and don’t get to spend much time with her. Firstly, we didn’t even get to sit together. I understand sometimes it’s too busy for that, but where my mother was sat there was an empty chair beside her that was filled after I got sat across the room.
Secondly, the girl who did my nails overcharged me and I had to get refunded that money. She giggled about it when she apologized to me.
Lastly, I get back home to a different city and one of my nails is already chipped. All I did was drive! Now, this morning, I am scratching my arm and the ENTIRE gel nail just peeled off a different finger

I’m highly disappointed.

UPDATE: ALL of my nails just came right off. Called to ask for a refund as I live over an hour away and they REFUSED and were telling me I have to drive (and pay my own money in gas) to get it redone.
None of us in my family will be coming back as all they care about is $.

My first experience was great, they did exactly what I asked. They removed acrylic and applied gel to my natural nail. I received a lot of compliments!
I went back 1 week later with my granddaughter to get Easter nails done. The lady that did my nails the first time was not in there this time. Two different women worked on us and not close to each other. My granddaughter is only 11.
They did not believe that I only had gel on my nails. They insisted that I had acrylic on my nails. The lady used her drill to completely drill my natural nails to a paper thin layer. And then applied gel. My nails are so thin now and they just bend. And they look horrible!
Spent $72 for them to ruin my nails!

Inspo pic attached VS what I got. Lint?? Or other items?? In polish. Rude demeanor. Uneven polish, polish not covering entire nail on some nails, and wrong base color. I understand the inspo pic isn’t going to be exact to what I leave with bc my nails aren’t as long but this was ridiculous. Pictures truly don’t show how pitiful these look in person. Pedicure was rushed as well but end results are fine so that’s tolerable. $90 without tip for gel manicure and pedicure. Im not picky i typically get a neutral plain nail and still leave unhappy pretty much every time so this was my last visit.

i’ve been to pro nails about 3 times now. the first time, wasn’t too bad, besides the nails turned out lumpy, and they charged me $60 for a basic set. the last two times i’ve went, they’ve been extremely rough and left me bleeding both times. not to mention me and my sister had to wait 4 hours to get basic acrylic. the nails turned out horrible and fell off not even a week later. not to mention my last time going, once the nail came off, i was left with an infection in my thumb. my whole thumb nail is green and infected. they drilled my nails down to the nail bed, and put a nail on top of it. you can imagine what happened when they came off. half of my ring finger nail was ripped. 0/10 will not come back.
