Absolutely awful. I went in and they got me right in which I appreciated. However they rushed through and the only dark green color apparently was this one. Thought it was weird but I went with it. I went in today and this is ONLY SIX HOURS LATER. Not ok. Nine out of 10 nails are peeling or damaged in less than 24 hours and I don’t have a strenuous job. Do NOT go here!!

Update: I called and asked to be refunded since I could not go in and have them redone and was told “we don’t do that here. I can’t refund”

I went in there just to get my nails and toes painted. And the Asian man start yelling at me. Saying, “I only paint nails, I don’t paint toes. If you don’t get pedicure. I told you that on the phone”
First of all I didn’t even call before I came. Not only that. I was going to them to see if I could get my own view of them. I had been a few times before.
But after this today, I refuse to give my money to nasty attitude people. There is way to many more nail salons around Roanoke that will be happy to get my 40.00 just to paint my nails
