I had the most AMAZING first visit. Quan is SUPER kind and dry professional. He did a wonderful job on my nails (repaired 2 of them and you can’t tell which two have dipped tips). Vickie was super kind and did the most amazing massage on my legs and feet followed by a beautiful color. Then Emily knocked it out the park with a beautiful eyebrow wax. When I tell you they have a new Client … BABY!!!!! I’m making my next appt asap and it’s near my house.

My favorite nail spot! They are awesome and do an amazing job each time. I love the vibe here and they are great at what they do. I’m so glad I found this salon years ago when I randomly needed to get my nails done in Smyrna. I highly recommend them!

I went on a Saturday and my gel nails were chipping and peeling by Sunday. I went back in on Monday and they were nice and courteous and fixed my nails. However, one nail had already peeled again by Tuesday. Not sure if it’s whatever they used to make the nails matte but this has never happened before at other salons.

I always come here, usually I’m serviced by a husband and wife whose aunt is the owner and I can never complain about service. Except today was the worst experience I’ve experienced ever here. I got dropped off at 10:36 on my birthday to get my nails done before my birthday, they asked if I was okay waiting 30 minutes and because i was hungry I went a couple stores down to grab a bite. I come back 25 mins before just to still be waiting another 40 minutes. I was more than patient because they do good work, but at 11:30 when the lady sat me in the chair just to not take up her waiting chairs but still not service me was absurd. It wasn’t until 12:00pm when the guy finally put water in my bowl for my pedicure and not to mention no one touched my hands for a full set. I WILL NEVER come back unless the husband and wife are here. They’re the only ones who seem to truly care and atleast communicate with you about what’s going on. I felt bad for the lady who came before me waiting almost 2 hours for a full set. Make sure you call before you go.
