I was treated with such kindness and care and my nails look and feel beautiful. 10/10 They helped me get what I needed even though I didn’t know what I was doing, it was quick and painless, and affordable. I’m grateful.

I wanted a terracotta shade and when the technician put this color that looked terracotta on the nail sample on my nails, it looked more like orange sherbet. When I tried to find a different color after applying it to one nail, it was too pink with my skin tone. I tried to explain what I was looking for in hopes of having the terracotta shade and the language barrier made it difficult. Those that could speak English were snappy to me and no help. They started to remove me from the chair to go find a color on the wall. I said that still didn’t help because the samples aren’t true to the color when it goes on the nail. So I settled for the bright color because nobody understood the shade I wanted. How hard is terracotta instead of orange sherbet? I told them I wanted some stripes, showed a picture of the fabric and picked out the stripe colors. I wanted the stripes at an angle, he seemed to be flustered at that, so I said however you want to do it, I’ll trust your judgement. So because the fabric in the picture wasn’t laid flat, he made the stripes wiggly. I had showed the fabric for the sake of color, not exactly how the fabric stripes were wrinkled. He finished and asked if that was fine. I asked to make a couple of the squiggles thicker and he got mad and said, “one more and that’s it. I’m no artist, I don’t have all day”, in a snappy tone. I didn’t even complain that I didn’t want the stripes squiggly. I apologized every time I made them upset for wanting something specific in color or design. When he said he’s no artist and didn’t have the time, I thought, well isn’t that what I’m paying you for? To give me a color and design I wanted? I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary. I wanted help getting the right shade, they were annoyed. I wanted three stripes in different colors at an angle, he couldn’t understand that. Every time, I made them upset for those requests. I apologized because they were annoyed and I didn’t mean to upset them. I paid $47.00, plus a tip, tipped both technicians, to walk out not liking my pedicure and being treated badly. I don’t hate it, but it’s not what I tried asking for. I will not return.

Very well done pedicure for a reasonable rate. I appreciated that the nail tech used a good and large foot rasp to remove calluses. The massage chair was as expected. There were some minor negative things like the water not being very warm and slightly less massage time than I have had previously. No pricing is displayed in store so I would ask about that before hand.

What once was my favorite place to go to get my nails done has really gone down hill. I understand they are always busy, but I have never gotten a fill done in less than 25 minutes……..not one that looked good anyway. Makes me sad that I have to find a new place that will take the time and see/treat me like a person and not just another $30+.
