I have been going to pro nails for 6-7 years getting my nails done by Kelly and Sam. They are very professional and gentle to the touch. Every visit is complete in a timely manner. If I could give this “establishment” zero stars I would. Was in the area and needed a quick fill so I stopped into the first place I saw. There were 3 dogs running around inside, dog hair EVERYWHERE, and it stunk. I give the place a chance just to have them USE DIRTY ALREADY USED TOOLS on my hands. After the nails were on, and filed/shaped AWFULLY, I decided I didn’t want to proceed with the rest of the service and have them polished, etc. The technician and the owner begged me to stay, and when I refused and offered to pay for the portion of the service that was completed, they began to yell at me and proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD $48 dollars for the worst, half done acrylic fill I’ve ever had…. DISGUSTED. NEGATIVE

Excellent service, been wanting to check this nail salon out for a while. I’m so glad that I did. Me and my daughter really enjoyed the atmosphere and Sam did a phenomenal job on both our nails. I didn’t catch the lady that did my nail art, but she also did a phenomenal job, definitely a 10 out of 10 will be back again

Making someone pay for service first($24 bucks) is beyond me!! I left for a year and before that never made me do that before!! Got eyebrows done told her not to make them small as I took 6 mo the to grow them out so they were thick just clean them up. She kept saying how she wish she had eyebrows but yet took most of my eyebrow off I now can’t get my eyebrows done for another 6 months so that they grow back I have to trace eyebrows on not to me ruin they allowed there dog to continueslly jump on me ….never will I be back and I was a 7 year customer. Won’t be back
