I’ve been going here for about a year and a half my nails always look perfect unless I go to the male at desk 5 anytime I go i get a design and the woman there are flawless but the man at desk 5 left my nails looking horrible he put 2 coats on a couple nails and left the rest with one didn’t even come close to my nail design. I’ve been coming here for pedicures for a few months now and I just love this nail salon so much. Everyone is so unbelievably friendly, the customer service is 10/10 and it’s always such a good experience. I highly recommend this salon.

I got a full set of nails with gel polish on Tuesday and already had chips Friday morning. I was very disappointed. Plus two of the nails were not straight.

Update: the manager quickly responded to my original review to address my concerns. Therefore I am changing my review from 1 start to 3 stars. After speaking to the manager, he wanted me to come back so they could make it right. I went on for another gel mani and had a chip within 5 days. The manager did NOT discount the mani, which would have helped “make it right”. Oh well, lesson learned, I will go elsewhere.

They always get us in and out even on short notice. They always do an amazing job. I try to stick to less complicated designs than my daughter but either way they always do such a great job at her requests. They are very welcoming and friendly.

I decided to try this place for the first time last week. I was disappointed in the services I received. I feel like the technicians were rushing even though there was barely anyone in the salon and there were steps that they skipped that are normally taken during a pedicure or dipping powder. For example, the tool that looks like a cheese grater was never used on my foot. The pedicure was ok. They barely spend any time rubbing your feet. The employees were sitting around on their phones the whole time. Some of them were having phone conversations while they were with clients. My experience with the dipping powder was horrible. All of my nails were filed to different lengths. My nails were in bad shape so I give them some credit. I was missing half of my pinky nail and the technician filed and drilled it down. It hurt so bad! The technician never asked what shape I wanted my nails filed. I got orange nails with one white nail on each hand. The white nail is no where near white. It looks like a creamy light orange color. It looked like the white powder had multiple other dipping powders that contaminated it. We will see how my nails last, but overall, I am not happy with my nail experience. My nails look horrible. I am almost embarrassed to show them. This salon barely had any color options either. I will not be back. I will be going to a place that does better quality work for the price and has a better color selection.
