Very rude customer service. Walk-In before me was deciding on a color and was told if she did not pick a color within the next 2 minutes they would skip her and go to me, the next customer (I was also a walk-in). I told both the nail tech and customer that I didn’t mind waiting for her to decide on a color. I was then told if a third person walked in (it was just the 2 of us), that we would both be skipped. And then the same rude sentiment was repeated by the other nail tech. Subsequently they just lost 2 walk in customers.

I get my nails done every 2 weeks and was looking for a place closer to me. I would not recommend this place.

These people are extremely rude. I wasn’t there for 2 minutes before the guy was rushing me to pick a color because another customer walked in. It was slow on a Sunday and the mail tech was extremely rude and kept saying I have one minute to pick a color after I literally just walked in. Both me and the customer that came in after me left out because of how unbelievably rude they are.
