horrible place. the girl my friend usually goes to was fully booked so we went here. they kept switching people back and forth and they did it was to quick. Application was bumpy and they weren’t filed right. they put the wrong letter as well. and to add they charged 75 dollars cause we added a small design like? don’t go here there nails are horrible. and to add on the lady is so rude she grabs stuff from your hand without asking first she just snatched the polish out.

TERRIBLE! I called for a manicure and pedicure and was told to come in right away. I got there 10 minutes later to find 3 people at pedicure chairs and 3 at manicure tables. Initially I was told I would have to wait 45 but when I said I called, they sat me at a pedicure chair. I then watched as 2 employees bounced between myself and the 3 others at the pedicure chairs and 1 at the manicure table. The other 2 were just waiting. I then watched 2 tubs get washed so quickly that there was no way it was sanitary for the next customers. They were going to seat 2 more customers even though they were already overwhelmed. Someone came to me and did the most rushed callus removal my feet. He then rolled over to the girl beside me and started removing her polish. The lady across from me had asked for a French manicure but she got her nails painted all white. When she tried to say it wasn’t correct the woman tried to put more white on the tip of her nails and then asked if that was good. It was at that time that I grabbed my shoes and walked out! Absolutely horrible place. Do not waste your time. I then contacted Chrysanthemum Nails & Spa and had a wonderful manicure and pedicure in a much better environment with professional employees who took the time to do a great job.

They don’t tell you how much time you have to wait when you walk in specifically so they can do like 12 appointments with 2 staff and then your appointment lasts like an hour and a half for a basic pedi. The woman who runs this place (I assume owner) is extremely rude and pushy and just grabs things out of your hand (like the book that has all the nail colors) and is just so ignorant. There is no way their tools are clean, I’ve seen them reuse the same piece of paper towel for multiple clients let alone all the other stuff. Absolutely would not recommend this place although the rest of the staff seem very nice, it’s just not clean.

I came here for the first time as a walk in just to get shellac removed off my toes.
The lady was aggressive and rushed, telling me multiple times to move my feet/ put my feet in the tub and only giving me .5 seconds to do it!
For 6 months pregnant I truly was moving as fast as I could..
She charged me $17 (soooo expensive!)
and then starting yelling at me multiple times to choose a tip option!
I was getting so flustered and overwhelmed that I tipped even though I shouldn’t have…
Go somewhere else if you wanna have a nice relaxing nail salon experience

This was my first experience ever going to a nail place to have my nails and toenails done. I was very very pleased at the service and how nice they were. I was very impressed with both my nails and my toenails. The salon was very clean. They had a wide selection of Color’s which I really liked. as a first time I would definitely go back and enjoy this experience again.
