I’m so pissed off right now I am in tears in my car!! I come here all the time and I never really have an issue. This time I got the girl in the front left of the salon, whom I’ve also seen at a different salon a long time ago and now she’s here. She rushed the entire process. She slapped the acrylic on so fast and it looks thin at the bottom and wide at the top. Then she filed everything so fast that the shape was not even at all on some of them. She didn’t care. Then she was rude when I asked her if she could do the ombré glitter from the reference picture I showed her. The whole experience was so bad and I am never going back to Pretty Q as long as she works there. Sucks because everyone else is pretty good. But she is Not! And she doesn’t care about the customers. Just the numbers. I am so angry right now!!!

The pedicure I received was good quality, however the Acrylic Fill I received was not what I wanted at all. I requested a Black Ombre nail and showed a reference picture. The nail tech stamped on the black to try to create an ombre, however the nails don’t look ombre. When driving, I noticed they appeared see through at the tips where the black is and the black is nowhere near dark enough. The shaping on my left ring finger is off as well and has a weird bump to the edge of it. On top of that the price was $65-70 for a fill when on their website it states the fill is $40 and up. I don’t understand where the extra amount due came from as price was not quoted to me until I went to pay at the very end. I attached my nails with and without flash as well as the reference picture

I’m here from out of town, for a week. Needed a pedicure and a full set. AMAZING service here!! The ladies were so sweet and made sure of what I wanted, and they did it perfectly!! If I lived here, this would be my regular place!
