I decided to go to pretty nails and get one nail fixed because it was broken. Walked in & an old male asked me could I help you so I said yes how much to fix one nail he then replied 30$! From there I felt like he thought I was going to say no & leave but I stayed & said that 30$ was fine. When I sat down a lady came to fix my nail. The lady that fixed my nail painted my 2yr old daughter nails for free as she was working on my one broke nail. My broken nail the lady fixed is the most ugly nail I have ever seen in my entire life!!! The fixed nail that pretty nails nail tech did was bulky, & curved. The nail did not match any of my other nails. I asked the lady why is the nail curved and she proceeded to tell me that it’s the shape on my real nail and she has to shape the fake nail like my real nail so the fake nail don’t break again. A really bad experience!!!! A blind person could do a better job in fixing my nail! A very traumatic day only sweet thing was the lady doing my little girl nails for free.

I came in thinking they knew what they was doing but I see they have a hard time listening to what a customer want. I say in chair (4) came in told the guy I want white tip with pink clear he shaped my nails square when I didn’t asked for square and he didn’t shaped them correctly the right thumb is wide and I asked for a filer to fix it myself he acted like he didn’t even want to give it to me if I’m coming to get my nails done why they can’t be done right my sister got the same thing I didn’t but way more shorter they charge her 55$ and when I say she barely have length and they charged her for that. Instead of asking me do you want to fix it for u he just asked for the card I will not be back in this place there are rude and don’t care how u want your nails to be done and u the one is paying for it . I was trying to come in for a nice set for Mother’s Day but I guess not never come back here and then saying something slick bc I said angle nails charged me 45 for white tips u didn’t even have to do much but put clear coat on it the last pic is my sis

I went with friends here to get a mani and pedi. Got dip powder with the recommendation that it was strong and would last long.. I should’ve known that when he had trouble gluing the nail and getting it to stick with several attempts that i should’ve went elsewhere. My nails are not only crooked, but they didn’t last not even 24 hours from when it was done on Saturday. The next day the pinky and middle nail cracked and eventually broke off. The following day after was the ring finger on my left hand. I’ve never had nails especially dip powder break off so easily like these ones in such a short amount of time. They normally last me for weeks. This was incredibly disappointing considering how well I tipped and paid for these nails. I would never recommend anyone to come here. I’m gonna have to get this fixed elsewhere. -1000/10 they don’t even deserve a single star. I should’ve seen the other reviews sooner. DO NOT PASS GO, THEY WILL COLLECT 100 DOLLARS

I was recommended by a friend. When I got French tips then ended up being ombré and there were barely and tips left. My cuticles were all cut up while cakes off stuff left under my nails.

This wasn’t my 1st time visiting this Location. As a matter of fact, I quit going to a previous Nail salon and started coming here a couple years ago. Today I got a tropical pedicure.it was great. She did an amazing job and she was extremely nice. When it came time to getting my fill-in done, The man was in a huge rush and was extremely aggressive when bending my fingers. He did not ask me what shape I wanted, or if I wanted to cut any off of my new length off. When I asked him to get some Polish off my finger he just filed my nail and didn’t touch the Polish. So I had to come home and get that off myself. The shaping isn’t great either. He didn’t speak to me at all. When it came time to getting my eyebrows wax, the lady was extremely sweet. But I will say, It didn’t look like my eyebrows had been touched. I had to come home and end up getting the tweezers out and fixing them. I was extremely disappointed in my experience today. And I probably will not be back. Two hundred dollars is alot for one customer to receive such terrible service.
