this is the worst experience i’ve ever had at pretty nails. the old owners were SO much better! I got a gel polish change and my friend got a full set. My nails went fine i guess they’re kinda bumpy and they are filed at a diagonal but it’s whatever, she was super kind. my friends nails however just do not look like what she asked for. By the time they were putting on the color that looked nothing like what she wanted on she was done with the whole situation and accepted it. She wanted acrylic nails with regular polish and Henry told her no? that’s that is not an option? and that they’ve never done that at pretty nails before (including when it had the old owners)? even tho i’m positive they did bc the old owners did it for me every time! it took all the other employees saying something, me saying something, another customer saying something and my friend being visibly upset for henry to say the regular polish was fine. to top it off i read their reviews and some of the pictures looked way better than what i received so i did a reverse image search and the good reviews are fake! i included pictures of my crooked bumpy nails, my friends nails vs what she asked for, and the recent review with a picture from 2019.

I have never wanted to cry during an appointment because such a poor job was being done. The first girl that removed my dip tore up my cuticles. The second lady that applied dip applied it very unevenly. You can see the lumps and bumps. She had to actually fix three different nails while she was working on me. When I scheduled my appointment, I stressed I wanted nail art. I showed her two different pictures as samples of what I wanted. I told her I wanted the open heart and just a couple lines it would be fine if she just got something close to the samples. She couldn’t do the lines so I told her I would settle for the open heart. She couldn’t do that either. She tried multiple times until I asked her just to wipe it off. She finally put four different little hearts on my nails and they look horrible. I just kept telling her it was fine because I wanted to leave. If you want dip powder done, do not go here. I came here because of the very good reviews and pictures of the other nail art. What a waste of $60. The worst part was she knew, it was a bad job.

First time coming to this nail salon and I was very pleased with how Henry did my nails. I’m very picky about how my nails are done and I was pleased before he was even done. If you’re looking for a beyond good nail tech pay a visit to this place and ask for Henry.

Staff is wonderful, they really take their time and I never feel rushed. I have been coming here for over 2 years and I am never disappointed. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other salons! I get acrylic nails and fill them about every 3 weeks they last and are beautiful everytime!
