AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I didn’t know anything about dip powder nails and I went to this shop to get them after seeing them on tiktok. I showed the video of what I wanted to the man at the counter and was informed that they don’t dip powder there. He introduced himself as Tom. Instead of stopping at that or trying to sell me on something else, Tom began to explain why they don’t do dip powder. He offered me some local businesses that actually did. I continued to ask him about alternatives and if there were any benefits to the dip nails. He went on to explain in depth the dip nail process even going as far as pulling out products for visuals. Absolutely floored at this level of customer service I just knew I wanted to get my nails done there! I was asked to take a seat so that Tom could do my nails. As it turns out Tom is the new owner! I love my nails so much more than the off-white that I originally intended on getting! This is going to be my go to shop!!!

I couldn’t be happier that I ACCIDENTALLY found this nail salon on Saturday!! I was the last customer of the night and NEVER once was I made to feel like I was. Tom greeted me. My 7pm appointment was with Johnny. Johnny did not cut corners. He did my gel, mani/pedi with pleasure making sure to complete every step even though we went well after closing time. Rosie offered me water on more than one occasion. Tom then did my nail design and any last touch ups. As the night went on, we didn’t just converse with each other, we fellowshiped with one another! It is not often that I am made to feel comfortable or even welcomed in a nail salon but Pretty Nails and Spa, broke the mold on customer service! The design I wanted on two of my nails was not available. Instead of telling me no and letting me sit there to figure out something else, Tom went and searched for an alternative to present to me that was similar. I LOVE my mood changing fall colors manicure! I’m sorry that I found this nail salon when I’m leaving CT. I wish I could take them with me! I don’t want to go anywhere else to get my nails done. This is my nail home wherever I move to! I wish them much success in business! They know what they’re doing. Here’s to an early congrats on one year in business! 🥂

I just moved into the area. I’m a person who looks at reviews, so there were nail salons closer to my house but none with the reviews like this shop! I love love this nail salon, I have gone twice so far and each time I made an appointment, they were always on time for my appointment and it is a very peaceful inviting and clean salon. Jenny and Linda are GREAT!!! So nice and kind both of them. Jenny’s husband is also GREAT (his name escapes me). I would definitely recommend this nail salon. They made a permanent customer out of me!

Best nail place ever! They’re so welcoming and treat you like family. Place is clean, they do an amazing job and their prices are great!

Loved my experience at pretty nails. I was a walk in and they took me right away. Linda was so personable and thorough with her work. I absolutely love my gel mani and I am really looking for ward to going back. Also, the prices were so reasonable. I couldn’t be happier!
