This place absolutely botched my nails, none of them are the same shape or height my thumb nails not even step sisters, I can see where the polish is thicker in spots and chunkier and where it is thinner, Rosy is the one who did them and she cut my ring finger with a nail file to the point where it bled and when she was take off the remained of the acrylic off my pinky finger it started to bleed as well. This place is terrible, I have them two shots and both times were horrible.

Used to be good. Was my go to nail place. Now they have a new employee that takes all the clients to learn and is not very good. Got her the last two times I went in. She didn’t clean cuticles or clean up dead skin around the nail. :/ She didn’t use lotion at the end or the clear top coat and didn’t use the shine. Have to find a new place 🙁 so maybe if you get someone else it will be the usual good nail spot!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, it’s too bad because this has been our go to spot for years. I took my daughters and their friend for manicures. My daughter’s friend wanted acrylic. I was shocked when we went to pay and I was charged $90, just for the friend’s nails. Later to see and hear from the girls how painful the experience was on their hands. The new employees, unfortunately were not very kind and rough with their services. We will be looking for a new place.

Perfect Nails Redmond are absolutely amazing, Angel and Sonny are just the very best I could ever ask for! Very accommodating. I have severe back issues and they bring me a pillow also is I need to cancel the same day and reschedule they work with me!
To say I’m extremely satisfied is an understatement. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get the very best services around make an appointment with them.

Highly recommend booking with Rose. Her techniques, demeanor, and attention to detail are exceptional. She uses a gentle hand and is happy to make adjustments if needed. I picked a shade that ended up looking too light for my skin tone. She took the time to look through other shades with me and happily accommodated to ensure I was satisfied with my nails. The best experience I have had here and I will be booking with Rose from here on out.
