To whom that would like to hear my experience,

I have been to this establishment three or four times to receive pedicures. Each and every time I have had nothing but a GREAT experience!

Today, my pedicurist was Julia. She was absolutely amazing and very thorough. She was extremely gentle and caring while performing the procedure. She educated me on the products being offered, but was not aggressive or pushy with them. Which in itself, I was appreciative.

Overall, Everyone in this establishment was very friendly and welcoming. I have always felt very comfortable and assured that I was going to receive a great visit. The pricing is competitive and the service is stellar. I recommend the visit to you, because I am confident that you’ll receive the very same experience I have.

Julie was awesome! She made me comfortable and at ease. I don’t go very often because I get nervous but she was great! My feet look and feel awesome! I love the nail color as well. Sparkly blue! And I got a basic manicure. I don’t know the ladies name but she was nice too! My nails are a nice light pink. I will definitely be coming back soon!! Thank you! 💙

I went to get my nails (and toes) done, requested gel polish. The lady at table 4 did my hands. Then, because I was in a wheelchair, was talking about me in Vietnamese to another employee gesturing, IN FRONT OF ME! Wow, ok, but then she pulled out a different (similar color) REGULAR polish and did my toes. I was not pleased, and thought, fine, I’ll simply never return.
ONE DAY LATER, the polish on my toes was chipping. I call, owner said come in, we’ll take care of it. Great. I go in, same lady was there, more gesturing about me, but finally redid them with gel. I asked if I owed anything, because I know gel is a little more than regular polish and didn’t want to be unreasonable. She said $25! Wait a minute, but I paid the other day right(I was expecting to hear around $5, or nothing, since I didn’t get what I wanted AND was inconvenienced and mocked)? She claimed that she took off $5. Okaaaay, so basically, I paid $40 for polish on my toes alone. No pedicure, just to be clear. They can have my money for the last time–I do not plan to return there ever, so they lost a repeat customer over this. Also, they’re hygiene practices are a tad… questionable.
They will probably never even read this review, no one there really speaks any English.
In a nutshell, if you enjoy being talked about in Vietnamese AND being overcharged & inconvenienced, go for it.

Pretty Nails is the best! I go to Lee for acrylic nails with gel polish and waxing. My nails always turn out so great! Lee is so sweet, she would even stay later on in the evening and wait for me when I would get out of work late. The owners and staff are hard workers. I recommend Pretty Nails to everyone!

Best Salon in Pinellas County! I live in Clearwater and work in St. Pete….and had tried multiple salons before finding Pretty Nails… I am now a permanent and regular customer. Not only does Lee do my nails perfectly every time (and I’m particular in how I like them) she and all of the staff there are extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate feeling like they are happy I’m there and not just another invisible customer. All of the technicians are professional, very friendly, and true artists in their abilities to make my fingers and toes look their best! I always get compliments on their work and tell them Pretty Nails in Clearwater is the only place to go!
