Never have openings! There seriously needs to be a new place to take these people out! And they are not that good! Make the drive to Harrison or Roger’s. Much better places that don’t require you to wait.

Always know what I want and pick the right colors as I am a creature of habit. The employees are very friendly and great atmosphere. They stay super busy and are by appointments only and that’s sometimes hard for me to plan around work.

They were really patient with my mom who has dementia, but they didn’t say when I made the appointment that they didn’t take cards or checks. They were rude to my mom’s friend who showed up late (yesterday I know late is bad but she has an emergency) they didn’t ask her which she wanted to do her toes or hands then when they finished the one told her sorry we can’t do the other because you are late. They should have explained this before they started or asked her to reschedule. We did explain she was going to be coming late and they said it was fine. Also didn’t say anything about only taking cash before they got started. I saw the sign on the door when we walked in.
Over all it’s bad communication but service was good to my mom.
