My grandmother and I went last night and had a horrible experience. The staff was so rude. My grandmother made an appointment with Linda but the lady that started her pedicure wasn’t Linda. My grandmother asked for Linda because she did her pedicure very well the last time she went. Linda then slammed her computer shut( I should also point out she wasn’t working on the laptop she was watching an video) and rolled her eyes as she went to help my grandmother. The guy that did my nails, who I think is the owner, was very inconsiderate and rude as well. I asked for a full set of acrylics which he then proceeded to cut way too short, lay the acrylic unevenly to my cuticles and when he got paint on my skin he didn’t use remover, he decided he was just going to take the cuticle nippers and cut the skin with paint on it off. All of my nails are different lengths too. I politely asked him to fix the unevenness of the acrylic to my cuticles and he argued with me and flat out refused to fix them and said “no they look fine” and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and he’s been doing this for a long time. Honestly i don’t care if you think this is the best set you’ve ever done. I’m paying quite a bit of money for a luxury service and if they don’t look good then I want them to be fixed and up to my standard. I couldn’t believe how we were treated. I will never be going back and i have never seen so much carelessness and unprofessionalism in all my life.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I was alone when I came in, but then several people walked in. The lady did my
Complete pedicure in like 5 minutes. She did not do a good job at all. And then I was shocked at the price for what I got. I had to go and have it done properly the next day. Manicure was ok.

Damaged my nail bed during the manicure. It was very rushed and my nails seemed to ache. Also they used MMA, which is illegal.

What a awesome job they did on my nails. Very professional and nice atmosphere. First time I have been there and will be returning. Thank you for making my nails looking so beautiful!!!!

I’ve been coming here never had an issue, today I had the young Asian woman I think she’s Danny’s wife did a terrible job, she slapped the polish on like she was in a race against time or something. Simple toe nail polish and it looks awful like a 4 year old polished them, polish all over my skin and uneven coverage, he said he could fix them for more money. I had to leave there and come to another shop to have them redone, same color same brand, no issue. Will not return. People go to the salon to relax and get pretty, this trip was not relaxing and my nails were not pretty. Ms.Sam on the other hand is amazing, she takes her time and does an excellent job.
