Nice people, but this was not worth $65. I was charged an extra five because I still had acrylic on my nails which is reasonable but he didn’t even take all the acrylic off my nails,He just shaved it down and the acrylic was still on there so I shouldn’t have been charged.these nails are thick and wide they just don’t look nice .the acrylic is not all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like I need a fill. I will not be coming back.this work is just not professional I wish I can get my money back.. I should have read the reviews before coming here

I used to come here all the time, but never again after my most recent experience. My boyfriend and I each made pedicure appointments for 9:30 am so that we could have pedicures done at the same time. They sat us together and I sat and waited for 40 minutes while one tech did my boyfriend’s pedicure, sent him to go sit in the waiting area, and then began my pedicure. She refilled my (now cold) water with scalding hot water. I told her twice that it was too hot, and she wasn’t really understanding what I was saying. I guess holding my foot just out of the water and wincing in pain wasn’t enough of a clue.
I hate to leave such a negative review of this place, but ever since they came under new management (P&K Nails), every experience has been a bad one. From showing inspiration photos and receiving something completely different, to a completely unrelaxing & aggravating pedicure experience. We tipped the tech that did both of our nails and left for the last time. Take your money somewhere else.

Used to come to prestige when Jennifer owned the salon. I thought I would give the new owner a try. Booked an appointment for 11:30am for a dip manicure and my young daughter a manicure and polish. Walked in could see they were short staffed. Waited until 12:15 for them to take me. I wanted a design ..Felt rushed as I knew her 12pm appointment was already there too so settled for a plain dip. Tools were not from a new sterile package. Nails were thick and not filed straight. Naomi was nice but you could tell she was stressed and overbooked and was not providing good service. I never got a manicure as she was trying to hurry. They took my daughter who has never had gel before and she begged me so I allowed it. Although Ann was very sweet with her it’s already chipped two days later. We will not return unfortunately.

My service today was very distasteful because usually everyone is nice and I feel comfortable going there but today I went and one of the male workers that did my nails was very aggressive and was not listening to my requests. He either pretended I never said anything or was aggressive with my hands and feet. I was very disappointed of the work he did. He took a long time and still my nails looked like something I could do myself. The design wasn’t even done after I told him repeatedly I wanted one and one nice lady named Naomi who noticed that I did ask for a design and didn’t receive one volunteered to do it for me and from her face expressions you can tell that the work wasn’t that good and attempted to fix it. Thanks to her it looks a lot better. From now on Im definitely asking for Naomi to do my nails. She was kind, polite, and very gentle with her work. She didn’t look like I was forcing her to do my nails for free, I still ended up tipping but honestly he did not deserve it. Naomi did though

Got my nails done on 12/22, and lost 2 nails by 12/25. The lady told me she would make my nails thick so they last longer and it’s hasn’t even been a week and i lost 2 nails.
