I absolutely love Premium nails and spa! I have been an ongoing customer for over a year! Ivy is fantastic and has done such an amazing job on EVERY set. I couldn’t recommend more! Hannah is also absolutely amazing and used to do my mom’s nails! They are a very kind staff and have a great atmosphere!

I really do not like leaving less than good reviews, but after my experience, I just have to. I do not mind waiting, I had an appointment for 1pm and I waited 35 minutes before being serviced (Saturday, so busy day). Again, I do not mind waiting. My acrylic set was started, but had to be paused so that another set for someone else could be finished by the nail technician working on me. While being serviced, 5 out of 10 of my cuticles were cut and bled. They bled considerably and the same tools and liquids and dips were used on my nails. I asked to go wash my hands; but was told to wait. I am really worried about getting an infection due to the tools being used not being cleaned in between clients. My nails are different lengths and bulky on both hands and that bothers me as well. Overall I really did not have a good experience. I very rarely get my nails done and I am stuck with these nails for my birthday. 🙁 Again, hate to do this, but I read reviews to help make a decision on whether or not to go to businesses. Prices are reasonable and they gave me gel polish with no extra charge for my wait, which was kind of them.

Do not come here, my nails are cut. They do not clean or disinfect their tools they use the same drill bits for every client my cuticles were cut about 10 times I bled quite a bit DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Used to like this place but prices have gone up and service down. Daughter’s gel polish lasted a day before chipping. Had little massage in pedicure and no massage of any kind for manicure. Was left in chair to let nails dry for over 15 minutes… had to ask someone to come back and help me get into shoes so I wouldn’t mess up pedicure. Very little attention. Will not go back.
