Edit: I have now lost 50% of the polish. I am at 36 hours since my salon visit 😭
They are getting 3 stars because of their professionalism and communication. The person I spoke to on the phone clearly communicated when they could expect to squeeze me into their busy schedule. I showed up at the time given and they were wrapping up with their clients so I was basically next in line. They do a really good job keeping track of their schedules and was turning down business instead of making people wait which I really appreciate.
The person who worked on my nails seemed newer. She was friendly and gave me some good tips on taking better care of my nails. The owner, while working on someone else, tried to keep an eye on her and reminded her throughout the process on different things. She might need a bit more training as evident by the state of my nails and cuticles.
If I was still in the area, I would go back and ask if they will fix my nails. Based on the interactions I had with staff while at the salon, I believe they will want to do the right thing. Unfortunately, I am not in the area so I will leave this review hoping they see this feedback and work on correcting the issues.
Edit: Business has responded with a free service. I’ll update again if I do take them up on their offer next time I am in town.
