It took me so long to find a good nail salon and tech in omaha! Years. Jolie at premier nail bar is the BEST!!! I travel for work a lot so can’t get my nails done every 3 weeks. When Jolie does my nails it has lasted up to 7 weeks without lifting!!! And yes, I am hard on my nails. Don’t believe me?! Give Jolie a try!!!!

Such a great nail salon! Reliable, great with communication around scheduling, good quality. And clean. Mai is my nail tech and is absolutely incredible. My dip lasts 4 weeks on average and my pedis are high quality. I have runners feet and she is magical!

Tried this place because our normal place had a wait, so we figured we would give it a try. Sadly, we will most likely not be back. With three of us, we know it might be a wait, but amazingly, we got seated pretty quickly. The gentleman that did mine did a great job with the massaging of my feet and legs, and I thought on the polish until I got closer. My baby toe on one of my feet came off like it might not have received a top coat (mine was done almost 10 minutes before my sisters) and no reason for the polish to come off. Also, I found a ton of the wax still on my feet for a while afterward, which is not normally the case when getting my toes done. My sister was done almost 10 minutes after me, and the lady did her wax after her toes were completely done with polish… which I have never seen done that way. The guy doing my neice didn’t even do her little toys with polish. She sounded sad when she said it, then bounced back and said she would paint her own when getting home (which defeats the reason we went). For $170 before tip, it was very disappointing, and I’m not sure if we would even want to go back.

The first few times I went to the salon, I had a really good experience. It was convenient and close. However, this last time, one of the nail techs recommended I switch from acrylic to dip with a tip because it cost the same. Within a week, it started cracking and breaking across the nail. I went in to have one redone, and they claimed they would charge me for it because I didn’t have the card they normally give at the end of each session. They then claimed they were going to charge me because it looked like it was my fault. The manager was very rude and hostile when I said I didn’t have the card, and I would just like them to fix it (most places don’t charge to fix a nail; been getting my nails done for over 7 years and have tried dozens of salons). The next time I went in, the nail tech rushed through my appointment and was huffing and puffing because she had to take off my old dip for a new set, and it took too much time. I asked her to fix a bump in my nail because she was rushing, and she ignored my request. The manager is also very rude and constantly yelling at staff. It makes the environment very unwelcoming and unpleasant. Will not be returning.

By far the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. After receiving a bad set of nails at another salon I stopped here to have them fixed. I’ve been returning every few weeks since. Jolie is incredibly meticulous, as am I. She is a gem of a person and the most amazing nail technician. I’m one of those that likes designs and such, she’s always makes them happen. The pedicure I had was also one of the best I’ve ever had! Wonderful massage, 2 rounds of hot towels and hot stones….I won’t go anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful people and a beautiful clean salon.
