I want to recommend this place because whenever I call for a walk in, they were nice and told me that of course. I have a great experience with Ann. She was very professional with her work and I love my nails for the holidays. I will recommend this place and come back.

Came to get my nails done and I specifically asked for a builder gel. The lady that did my nails had very little experience with builder gel. It was a little sloppy, and there was not enough coverage, and it basically looked worse than what I came in with.. What I came in with and what I left with makes me wish I never came here. And they still charged me. They did not charge me the full amount which was $65 but they did charge me $40 and this is how my nails came out (view photos) this hire they let me leave 🙀 it was a huge waste for me because now I have to find another location to soak these nails off, which will cost more money, and just to get them redone again. But the massage from Michael was the great. Five stars for him.

Ann was amazing. I told her I have to work with my hands a lot and wash them over and over with our bakery. But I did not want acrylic. She directed me to the dipped nail process and helped me pick a color. We had a great conversation. Will definitely be back when I’m in town.

The reason that I am rating 2 stars is because the customer service. I paid $145 for a full set and a pedicure. They do not tell you that they charge $20 extra dollars for natural color powder and they offer it even when they know they’re going to cover it up with gel polish which is an additional $20 then my nails were originally longer then the pics. They charge $10 for length and they don’t even tell you these extra cost until you check out!!! I returned to get my nails shorter due to work, but when I went in to get them shorter, they are in such a rush which I’m not sure why I got there as soon as they opened. She cut them so low you can see on with the picture the pinky is very short and they are uneven. The lady who cut my nails did not charge me but only because I feel like she knew she messed up and she wanted me out as soon as possible.

When you go, ask for Malani! She does such a great job and gives you exactly what you ask for! My nails are so neat and pretty. I’ll definitely be going back to see her again .
