I wanted to treat myself to a manicure, pedicure, and Brazilian wax for my birthday, so I had booked an appointment at Posh Nails since they seemed to be transparent with their prices. This was my first time visiting their salon. Overall, the employees were nice, but towards the end I felt singled out.

I was the only customer asked to pay before my service was completed and they tacked on $10 to my bill after I had paid. I was told that they forgot to charge me for waxing my backside when that wasn’t disclosed or posted as an add-on charge on their price list in the wax room. I even double checked on their website and it’s not listed on there.

I paid and told the woman who took my money that next time they should disclose it to customers, especially if it’s not advertised on their price sheet both at the salon and on the website.

Unfortunately, that experience towards the end ruined the overall experience. I would be cautious to recommend the salon to women of color, if you are a new client.

First time here, came for a pedicure. Massage was very brief and the sample color I selected didn’t match the actual bottle (I wanted a sparkly burnt orange and ended up with a sparkly Christmas red) but I didn’t say anything. The nail technician was nice, professional and did a great job.

Been there twice now and I really really like it! Tami is nail tech I’ve had the privilege of attending me and she does an amazing job! Service and communication is great as well!

I got a basic Mani Pedi with Sara. She was great, the place was clean and nice enough. Check-in was efficient and high tech. Sparkling water was a lovely touch. They lost one star from me because they don’t have fans or anything that helps dry the regular mani nail polish faster at the end. So you either sit there forever until they are completely dry or risk screwing them up, which ended up happening to me with one nail because I didn’t want to sit there waiting past 10 minutes.
